Sophie is Head of Operations at Agorax. In this role, she is responsible for the operational management of the firm, from process optimisation to compliance. She is also in charge of HR policy and translates the firm’s strategy into concrete results.
Sophie obtained her Master’s degree in Law from the University of Amsterdam. She gained extensive experience in the legal sector, particularly in property law and collective action law. After several years in legal practice, she made a conscious decision to move into operations.
Thanks to her organisational skills and operational drive, she is a valuable link between the legal profession and business operations.
