Lukas Koster

As a legal assistant, Lukas specialises in (cross-border) disputes, with a focus on liability law and class action law. He completed his studies at Leiden University with a Master’s in Public International Law, after which he spent two years working at a British class-action law firm. Lukas handles various cases in the fields of corporate law, liability law and collective action law. 

He has gained experience in shareholder and investment disputes, attachment proceedings, civil fraud cases and matters relating to directors’ liability. Lukas recognises the commercial and strategic interests at stake and places them in the correct legal context. In his work, Lukas is characterised by a balanced and holistic approach, with an eye for detail, analytical precision and an ability to quickly and thoroughly grasp complex matters.
