Sophie van de Graaff

Sophie specializes in commercial and corporate litigation, with a particular focus on sanctions litigation, cross-border tort and liability cases, including directors' liability, collective and group actions and breach of contract. Sophie has broad experience in (international) procedural law. She also has extensive experience in drafting and advising on commercial contracts, including distribution and agency agreements.
