Eva Wever
Eva's expertise focuses on all facets of international trade law. She advises among others clients on sanctions risks of cross-border transactions and related export controls legislation. Furthermore, Eva assists clients in drafting and improving compliance programmes and drafting and submitting license applications for the export of strategic goods and sanctioned items. Eva is also experienced in conducting internal investigations related to sanctions and export controls and she assists clients in (criminal) investigations and enforcement proceedings related to trade law. In her work, Eva is thorough, analytical and pragmatic and she provides clients with practical and to-the-point advice.
