As a legal assistant, Anna specialises in company law. She completed her studies at Leiden University and the University of Barcelona with a Master’s degree in company law and a research project on insolvency law from a European perspective, after which she further deepened her knowledge of company law in practice . Anna handles cases in the fields of company law and (contractual) liability law.
She has gained experience in shareholder and investor disputes, attachment proceedings, advising on directors’ liability and liability disputes with an international dimension.
